Yes! You can use the form in this website, or you can call the clinic to make an appointment to suit your preference.
No GP/Specialist referral is required to see a physio. However, if you are referred on a Chronic Disease Management Program (previously known as Enhanced Primary Care) this referral will need to be brought in person or faxed prior to your initial appointment.
If you are referred by your GP/Specialist on a Chronic Disease Management Program (previously known as Enhanced Primary Care), you may be eligible to claim up to five (5) allied health treatments per year on Medicare.
Depending on the details of your policy, you might be able to receive a rebate from your private health insurance on your treatment. Our clinic has HICAPS which lets you claim your health fund rebate at the clinic on the spot, leaving only the gap to pay. Please bring your health fund card with you to all your appointments.
Payment is required at the time of your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you provide adequate notice (at least 24 hours if possible). Please check the appointment cancellation policy as there is a 35$ fee associated with missed appointments, no-shows and late cancellations.
Our usual appointment are 20-30 minutes per session.
Please bring any referral letters and relevant test results such as x-rays, scans (Ultrasound/CT/MRI). This will help us assist you with best solutions with a tailor-made treatment and exercise program.
We highly recommend loose, comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement. A pair of shorts is recommended for lower limb treatments.
